Loved my stay here! the courtyard view was a highlight for me 😊.

Property was pleasant and amazing, we really enjoyed this place.

Big and absolutely fantastic room, an air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card were a nice surprise. We had nice bathroom.

I always choose to stay at Demi Rooms. First time, they helped me return a lost sim card. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city breaks. No pets or smoking allowed.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms with a private balcony and clean en-suite bathroom. the ample storage space for clothes and suitcases was a valuable addition. the helpfulness of the lady managing the property, who assisted us via WhatsApp and ensured we had all the necessary codes for room access, was greatly appreciated. she went the extra mile and pre-booked a taxi for our airport transfer.

Upon arrival at Demi Rooms, we were slightly taken aback by the exterior appearance, but we were really surprised when we stepped into our clean and spacious room. The helpful hotel manager quickly resolved the issue of missing towels with a message directing us to the storage cupboards. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly hard bed and an occasional noise from upstairs, our room was well-equipped with a private balcony and a clean en-suite bathroom. The efficient locking system based on cards and pin codes made check-in easy and the staff was nice and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing bus stations and exploring the town.

loved our recent stay in naples, but demi rooms was a game changer! arrived late, but host managed everything through whatsapp. access, parking, dinner reservations - all sorted. room was huge, spotless, and breakfast was yummy. plus, central location meant everything was walking distance. highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the location was convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and the city center. One advantage was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided assistance whenever needed.

The breakfast options were limited, with mainly sweet choices and no variety in terms of meat, cheese, or fruit. the noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Conveniently located near restaurants, with spacious one-bedroom apartments and a lovely, strong shower. The host was helpful and provided clear instructions for self-check-in and parking arrangements. The staff were accommodating and easy to contact. Short walk to the harbor, underground station, and historic center. Perfect for exploring the city.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the city by foot and catch our ferry to Capri. The staff at Demi Rooms were helpful and accommodating, even when our arrival time changed. a great base for exploring Naples.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was having more variety. While the croissants were delicious, it would have been nice to have options like cakes, pizza, or fresh juices as shown in the pictures.
